By accessing or using ClawAgora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.
Template Directory Rules
Contributors must ensure that workspace templates they upload are original, functional, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. All templates are shared freely for the community to download and use. ClawAgora acts as a directory and hosting platform, and does not guarantee the quality or fitness of any template for a particular purpose.
Payments and Fees
Payments apply only to optional managed hosting subscriptions and are processed through Stripe. Subscribers are charged on a recurring basis according to their chosen plan. All prices are displayed in USD. Cancellation and refund policies for hosting subscriptions are outlined on the hosting page.
Intellectual Property
Contributors retain ownership of the workspace templates they create and upload. By uploading a template, contributors grant ClawAgora a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the template through the platform. Users who download templates may use them according to the license specified by the contributor.
Limitation of Liability
ClawAgora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawAgora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
