Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawAgora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.
Marketplace Rules
Sellers must ensure that workspaces they list are original, functional, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Buyers receive a license to use purchased workspaces as described in the listing. ClawAgora acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee the quality or fitness of any workspace for a particular purpose.
Payments and Fees
All payments are processed through Stripe. Buyers are charged at the time of purchase. Sellers receive payouts after deduction of the platform fee. All prices are displayed in USD. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of the workspaces they create and list. By listing a workspace, sellers grant ClawAgora a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the workspace through the platform. Buyers receive a license to use purchased workspaces according to the terms specified in each listing.
Limitation of Liability
ClawAgora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawAgora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
